I am 19 and I live in Maryland. I have a whole bunch of hobbies including: Violin/Fiddle (my roots are in old-time, but I am currently playing video game music in a volunteer orchestra), sculpting with polymer clay, playing Frisbee, learning violin bow rehair, and other stuff that I can't think of right now, and now am learning photography. I have always loved photography, and when I was younger, I had a blast (figuratively speaking) with a point-and-shoot film camera. Eventually though, that got rather expensive because I was taking so many pictures and I stopped using it. Last semester (in relation to when I am writing this... I think it was the fall 2014 semester) I took an old film photography course in college (we got to develop our film ourselves and stuff - it was a blast) and after that course I got inspired to buy a camera. I bought a Panasonic GH2 ('cause my friend, who's in a lot of my pictures has the GH1 and kinda recommended it) and I'm loving it! I've still got a long way to go and a lot to learn about photography, so if anyone out there has tips or tricks or anything, don't worry about offending me or offering obvious advice - I'll appreciate it either which way.
